Hearing Freedom’s founder is a bilingual Doctor of Audiology with an innate drive to help others. As an identical twin, she is also sensitive to everyone’s uniqueness. It was therefore natural for her to establish a clinic with a focus on customization.
Since 2001, Rosanne has combined a patient-centered approach with cutting-edge technology empowering her and her team to help countless individuals reach their full hearing potential, and she strives to help many more.
Born and raised in Northern Ontario, Rosanne now calls Manotick home. She, her husband, and son, all enjoy the gems of this community – minor hockey, great restaurants, beautiful Rideau River and of course salt of the earth residents.

Isabelle Moore
Audiologist

Hearing Freedom has had the pleasure of having Isabelle as a team member since April 2021.
With her up-to-date knowledge on communication sciences and disorders, as well as her affinity for cutting-edge technology, she strives to provide patients an intervention plan that is unique to that individual's set of challenges.
Living in Gatineau, Isabelle enjoys keeping busy with wall climbing, walks with her dog and outings with friends, as much as she enjoys home projects and relaxing evenings with her boyfriend.
Saruka Santhirasakaran
Audiologist
Masters in Science – Audiology, University of British Columbia
After a few years practicing in Edmonton Alberta, Saruka moved to Ottawa and joined the Hearing Freedom team in May 2023.

A gentle and compassionate Audiologist, Saruka is thrilled to be working in an independent private clinic where she can continue to take all the time necessary to ensure her patients' satisfaction and success.
When not at work, this clinician enjoys discovering all that Ottawa has to offer, from its various cuisines to its diverse activities and events.

MJ has been Hearing Freedom's bilingual Patient Care Coordinator since February 2021. If MJ's cheerful and friendly personality does not win you over, her excellent customer service skills sure will.

MJ came to us with extensive experience from various backgrounds. Her knowledge and skills help keep the clinic running smoothly, enabling the delivery of impeccable care.

A long-time local resident, MJ is thrilled to work close to home both to allow for extra family time and to give back to her community through work.

Patient Care Assistant
In 2024 Elizabeth was seeking an opportunity that would both challenge her and allow her to help others. Our patient-centric clinic was therefore the perfect match.
Since her first day, Elizabeth’s calm and kind way of interacting with others has been remarkable. She has the gift of putting people at instant ease.
Working part-time is very fitting for Elizabeth as well. At Hearing Freedom, she has found her perfect work-life balance.
